Includes water, electric, sewer, cable, wifi, & taxes.
Must display current car pass at all times.
Any and all visitors must stop at office before entry and obtain a visitor pass.
Monthly campsite rentals includes you, your spouse, all your children and grandchildren. Any other guests pay admission fee of $10 per person per day or night.
CHECK-IN TIME after 12:00 noon and CHECK-OUT is not until 6:00pm.
A $15 Early bird fee applies if you check in between 7am - 9am.
A $10 early bird fee applies if you check in between 9am - 11:30am.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Must cancel atleast 5 days prior to your arrival date on rental units and 48 hours prior to your arrival date on camp sites. On Holidays and Special Event weekends, you must cancel atleast 5 days prior to your arrival date on rental units & campsites.
Accept a Land-O-Pines credit or raincheck? PAY NO CANCELLATION FEE! Credit or raincheck valid up to 1 year from issue date.
Request a refund? PAY A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE!
Late cancellation or no shows? NO REFUND!
